So I know I've been MIA for a little while. I gave myself a little bit of a break after finishing up with Italy's regional recipes. Part of this was to give myself a chance to re-evaluate Cucina DiBella and where it was going. Now, about 8 months, 86 posts, and 1 country after starting my blog, I've decided to continue as I originally intended; by moving on and working my way through the regional cooking of another country.
So, starting this weekend I'll begin working my way through the regional cuisine of France (not much of a shocker since I put up a map of France on the sidebar last week). I did some debating over whether to go through every region, or just to hit on the "culinary regions" of France. Feeling like it would be cheating to do otherwise, I decided to go through all 22 regions of France. Like before, I'll try to cook an appetizer, first course, main course, and dessert from each region.
So, head on back this week when I start my culinary tour of France with Bretagne (Brittany). See you then!

Yay! I can't wait to see more posts. I've missed them. Fancy map, Paul.
